Assignment Sheet
Targeted learning activities for one student or a group, easily assigned and monitored
Personalized supplemental instruction
Assignment Sheets make it easy for teachers to provide students with additional instruction, extra practice, or specialized attention. Simply search Perspective’s Learning Resource library by topic or standard and create online or print assignment sheets for student use. Students can complete tasks online or on paper, track the completed tasks, and return the assignment sheet to their teacher. Assignment sheets are ideal for homework, snow days, absences, remediation, and differentiated student groups.
Teachers can quickly create Assignment Sheets on one or more subjects for individuals or groups.
Teachers select content
The Learning Resources library contains thousands of K-12 materials in ELA/Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Choose from instructional videos, interactive activities, and printable worksheets, and add them to the assignment sheet. Teachers can add instructions, due dates, comments on using tools or ancillary materials, and other messages customized to an individual student or group. Assignment Sheets are simple to save and modify for future use.
Student activities include videos, worksheets, and interactive materials, at all ability levels.
Progress is visible
Assignment Sheets break up targeted content into manageable, sequential sections so that students can complete their work without feeling overwhelmed. Students learn at their own pace, and enjoy a sense of personal accomplishment as they check off each completed task. And teachers can monitor progress at a glance.
Students can check off tasks as accomplished and turn their Assignment Sheets in for easy tracking.
Easy to share and modify
Perspective makes it easy to share with parents and other teachers. Through the Educator site, you can share your assignment sheets with colleagues in your school, district, or state, who can modify and save them for their own use. And you can help parents stay involved by sending home the printed assignment sheet or the code for accessing it online. Whether on paper or through the Families site, parents can participate with their students and monitor progress.
Instructional and practice activities can be targeted to the students who need them, and easily shared with families and colleagues.
